PREJUDGING - Athlete’s meeting for ALL DIVISIONS begins at 8:00am in the The Mabry Arts Center Auditorium. Prejudging begins at 9:00am.
FINALS - Athlete’s meeting for ALL DIVISIONS begins at 2:00pm in the The Mabry Arts Center Auditorium. Finals begin at 3:00pm.

Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, & Classic Physique will perform individual routines at Finals. Music: ALL music for Bodybuilders, Classic Physique, and Women’s Physique should be uploaded upon registration. If not, we will accept music to be delivered by email by September 21, 2024. Contestants must supply their own music– limited to 60 seconds. Posing music must be the ONLY music on the CD. NO Vulgar music will be accepted.

Coaches: Per NPC rules, ALL coaches are required to purchase a backstage pass, in addition to holding a current NPC card to enter backstage. LIMIT TO 1 COACH PER COMPETITOR/ GROUP. We have very limited space so, NO friends or family will be allowed backstage at any time.
